Eligibility
The Act NOW! National Playwriting Competition is open to everyone residing in Canada and Canadians living abroad, ages of 14-26.
The play can be written individually or in a group of up to four participants. There are two categories, defined by the age of the participants (as of 31 March 2010):
Junior: 14 – 18
Senior: 19 – 26
For a group entry, the category is determined by the age of the oldest writer within the group. For example, if a group consists of youth ages 15, 19, 20, and 26, the group would be in the senior category.
